Gratitude and a Holiday Sale

Thank you.

Family Appreciation

This year my children, husband and I are spending Thanksgiving with my husband’s extended family. Having lost several members of my own family recently, and with my kids rushing into adulthood, I am grateful for these moments of connection with my little family and our larger circle of relatives, despite the hassles of holiday travel.

The one family member who isn’t joining us is my dog Harley. I will miss her, but I have to admit traveling with a dog is not always peaceful, to say the least. Here’s a portrait of her as a baby, before she grew up to became our family’s opinionated, impatient, treat-demanding diva.

Lots of people talk to animals... Not very many listen, though... That's the problem.

Gratitude for You

As Thanksgiving approaches, I am so grateful to all of you for appreciating and supporting my painting, and especially for opening and reading these newsletters. I know you have incredible demands on your time, and I’m humbled and honored by your attention to my work. I hope my painting in the future continues to interest and delight you.
